This type of content is for people who are already beyond needing to be convinced about the existence of these beings. Usually this type of person is someone who has had a prior encounter, which as time goes by is an increasingly larger number of people.
I believe we all are struggling to make sense of it all... this manuscript is such an effort. If its fiction, its one hell of a piece of work. Some of these types of beings have been corroborated with other sources, not to mention mankind's holy books. Ultimately we must make up our own minds.
So the guy who wrote this book also had it published on Youtube (Here is a link to the Youtube discussion which is worth checking out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwnRvn-ZdPg&t=63s) with the same content (although I am not able to find this video anymore, the book itself is sold on Amazon . The book it at least 10 years old, and purports to have been based on content sourced from 1951, and found within a trove of other documents, not included. This alleges to have been sourced in content from a geriatric, retired Ukrainian diplomat who somehow had tons of Cold War documents just stuffed in his attic and forgotten until the author and his friend came across it.
Is the story conceivable on its face? Maybe I am naturally cynical, even having had my own experience, but for now I remain open minded. One question I have to pose is: why would a diplomat have this material? This is generally something a diplomat would have particularly in the early years of the UFO phenomena - but who knows, right?
You read it and then tell me.
